- You are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy.
- You have read and agreed to be bound by the particular terms and conditions of sale applying to that item.
- You enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item.
- You are contracting with the respective Stores from which you are buying.
- We do not transfer legal ownership of items from the seller to the buyer.
- If you are buying on behalf of a company, you are confirming that you are authorised to transact on behalf of the company.

An order is confirmed when one checks out and receives a proforma
Goods can only be held in one’s Cart for 1 hour after check out. Goods not paid within one hour of checking out will automatically return to the store and will be available to other shoppers. For purchases for vehicles and such high valued products, whose purchase value may require special arrangements (like payment through bank RTG system) a deposit as specified by Home Deliveries Online Store should be paid within one hour of checking out as a show of commitment to buy. The remaining amount should be settled within 24hours. Kindly get in touch with the Home Deliveries Online Store where such arrangement is needed.
In connection with using or accessing the Services you will not:
use our Services if you are not able to form legally binding contracts (for example if you are under 18), or are temporarily or indefinitely suspended from using our sites, services, applications or tools;
fail to pay for items purchased by you, unless you have a valid reason as set out in respective online stores policy, for example, the seller has materially changed the item’s description after you bid, a clear typographical error is made, or you cannot contact the seller
post false, inaccurate, misleading, defamatory, or libellous content;
transfer your Home Deliveries Online Store account (including Feedback) and user ID to another party without our consent;
distribute or post spam, unsolicited or bulk electronic communications, chain letters, or pyramid schemes;
distribute viruses or any other technologies that may harm Home Deliveries Online Store, or the interests or property of users;
commercialize any Home Deliveries Online Store application or any information or software associated with such application;
harvest or otherwise collect information about users without their consent; or
circumvent any technical measures we use to provide the Services.
If we believe or discover that you are abusing Home Deliveries Online Store in any of the ways mentioned above or otherwise, we may, in our sole discretion, take any steps to prevent and mitigate such abuse such as limiting, suspending, or terminating your user account(s) and access to our Services, delaying or removing hosted content, removing any special status associated with your account(s), reducing or eliminating any discounts, and taking technical and/or legal steps to prevent you from using our Services.
We may cancel unconfirmed accounts or accounts that have been inactive for a long time or modify or discontinue our Services. Additionally, we reserve the right to refuse or terminate our Services to anyone for any reason at our discretion.
Your Account and Registration Obligation
Fees and Services
Normal Delivery Service
Goods will be delivered within 24hours of purchase.
Express Delivery is same day service offered to buyers who are not prepared to wait for the normal delivery times. Delivery under this service is within 3 hours from the time of purchase. This service is available from 0900hrs to 1500hours Monday to Friday.
After Hours Delivery Service
Home Deliveries Online Store offers flexible delivery times for buyers who may not be available during normal business hours and choose to have their orders delivered late into the night. This service is available between 1700hrs to 2200hours Monday to Saturday.
International Deliveries will require a separate arrangement from the above options. Please contact Home Deliveries Online Store team for arrangements.

- Newspapers and magazines;
- Goods sold by way of auction; and
- Hampers, food, beverages and perishable goods(including flowers)
